BROKEN EGGS / HUEVOS ROTOS

This is my favorite Spanish "tapa". As I enjoy it so much, I decided to make it at home and this is the result. Hope you like it; its delicious and very easy

Ingredients 2 people

2 eggs

Ham

2 large potatoes or 1 large potatoes package (I used a bag of Lays Gourmet to avoid frying at home)

Preparation

1. If you decide to fry the potatoes, cut them into thin circles trying not to toast them

2. Put potatoes in a base plate and above the ham cut into strips

3. Then fry 2 eggs with soft yolks, add salt and put them over the potatoes and ham

4. Once served and before eating, you have to break eggs so yolk to spills over the whole plate and that's all!

Esta es mi tapa española preferida. Como me gusta tanto decidí hacerla un día en casa y este fue el resultado. Espero les guste y se animen a hacerla, es deliciosa y muy fácil

Ingredientes 2 personas

2 huevos

Jamón ibérico o serrano

2 Patatas grandes o 1 paquete de patatas grande (yo use un paquete de lays gourmet por facilidad y evitar freír en casa)

Preparación

1.Si decides fritar las patatas, córtalas en círculos delgados y trata que no queden demasiado tostadas

2.Poner una base de patatas en el plato y encima el jamón cortado en tiras

3.Luego hacer 2 huevos fritos con la yema blanda, agregar sal y ponerlos encima del las patatas y el jamón

4. Una vez servidos y antes de comer, debes romper los huevos para que la yema se riegue por todo el plato y listo!
