NOODLES WITH SHRIMPS AND CURRY

I'm a fan of curry recipes, I really love them all. This is a complete recipe that I hope you like it. 

Ingredients

Nodles 

250 g of shrimps 

1 green peppers 

1 onion 

1 carrot 

Bean sprouts or Chinese roots 

2 eggs 

For the curry sauce, make the same recipe used for the Chicken Curry

Preparation

1. Clean and wash well the shrimps 

2. Cut in juliennes the carrot, onion and peppers 

3. Cook noodles as indicated on the package (Don't cook the noodles much because they are going be mixed with other ingredients in the wok) 

4. Saute the carrot, onion and paprika in a little olive oil. Separating the vegetables in the same wok, add the scrambled eggs and when they are cooked mix everything 

5. Add the shrimps and noodles well drained 

6. Finally, add the bean sprouts, curry sauce and salt and pepper if you miss it.

Soy fanática del curry y todas las recetas que lo tengan seguramente me encantan. Esta es una receta muy completa que espero les guste.

Ingredientes 

Nodles 

250 g de Camarones 

1 Pimenton verde

1 cebolla

1 Zanahoria

Brotes de soja o raíces chinas 

2 huevos

Para la salsa de curry hacer la misma de la receta que se utiliza para el pollo al curry

Preparación 

1.Limpiar y lavar bien los camarones

2. Cortar en julianas la zanahoria, la cebolla y el pimentón

3. Cocinar los noodles como indica el paquete (no demaciado para que al mezclar con el resto de ingredientes en el wok no se queden muy hechos)

4. En un poco de aceite de oliva sofreír la zanahoria, la cebolla y el pimentón. Separando la verdura en el mismo wok, agregar los huevos revueltos y cuando estén cocinados mezclar todo.

5. Agregar los camarones y los noodles bien escurridos 

6. Por ultimo agregar los brotes de soja, la salsa de curry y si hace falta sal y pimienta.
