PASTA WITH PESTO AND DRIED TOMATOES / PASTAS AL PESTO CON TOMATES SECOS


This is a classic recipe that practically doesn't requires to have any experience in the kitchen to make it (of course, if you buy the pesto made ​​as in this case). But this time, thanks to a recipe from a friend's mom (who cooks delicious) I happened to make it with dried tomatoes and a bit of philadelphia. 
I especially want to thank Olga and Juan that although this is not their recipe inspired me to prepare it.

INGREDIENTS
Short pasta (or what you prefer) 
1 jar of pesto of 250 gr 
1 tablespoon of cream cheese (philadelphia)
Dried tomatoes in oil 
Parmesan cheese

1. Cook the pasta as directed on package 
2. Mix well the pesto and philadelphia cheese 
3. Add the sauce to the pasta and stir well 

4. Serve with chopped dried tomatoes and add the Parmesan cheese to taste.

Esta es una receta clásica que no necesita tener practicamente ninguna experiencia en la cocina para hacerla (claro, si compras el pesto hecho como en este caso). Pero esta vez, gracias a una receta de la mama de un amigo (que cocina delicioso) se me ocurrió hacerla con tomates secos y un poco de philadelphia. 
Quiero agradecerle especialmente a Olga y a Juan que aunque esta no es su receta me inspiro para prepararla.

Ingredientes
Pasta corta (o la que tengas a la mano)
1 tarro de pesto ya preparado 250 gr 
1 cucharada de queso philadelphia 
Tomates secos en aceite
queso parmesano 

Preparación 
1. Hacer las pastas como indica el paquete 
2. Mezclar muy bien el pesto con la cucharada de  queso philadelphia
3. Añadir la salsa a las pastas y revolver bien 
4. Servir con los tomates secos picados y agregar el queso parmesano al gusto.
