Half cup of
couscous
1 vegetable
stock cube
2 tomatoes
1/2 small
can of sweet corn
1 stalk of
celery
Extra
virgin olive oil
1 clove of
garlic
Preparation
Prepare the
couscous precooked following package directions using vegetable stock dissolved
in water.
Saute the
chicken in a pan with a little olive oil and minced garlic.
Wash, peel
and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Wash and cut celery.
Once the
couscous has cooled, add the chopped vegetables and chicken, seasoned with
olive oil and presto!.

Una
vez que el cuscús esté frío, añade los vegetales cortados en trozos pequeños y
el pollo, aliña con aceite de oliva y listo!.
