This is the first time I cook this recipe. I found it on Philadelphia and because I liked the recipe of surimi wraps from that site, I wanted to share this with you. As always in Join the Mood, easy to make recipes with a special twist. I hope you enjoy this new way of eating salmon. Good appetite

Ingredients for 2 people
60 g of smoked salmon
1 tablespoon lemon
1/2 chopped garlic smallish
200 g of pasta ( or the amount normally consumed )
1/2 onion diced
100 g of Philadelphia light
250 ml of vegetable broth

1. Cut the salmon into strips and marinate it with lemon and garlic
2 . Cook the pasta according to package directions or as you normally do
3 . Saute onion in olive oil until translucent. Then add the vegetable broth and Philadelphia. Stir over low heat until the sauce is smooth . If not thick , you can mix half a teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in a little water with the sauce.

4 . Mix the pasta with the sauce, decorate and serve with salmon.


Es la primera vez que hago esta receta. La encontré en la pagina de Philadelphia y como la receta de wraps de palmitos de cangrejo de ese sitio me encantó quería compartir ésta con ustedes. Como siempre en join the mood recetas fáciles de hacer y con un toque diferente. Espero que les guste esta nueva forma de comer salmón. Buen apetito 

Ingredientes para 2 personas
60 g de salmón ahumado
1 cucharada de limón
1/2 ajo picado bien pequeño
200 g de pasta (o la cantidad que consuman normalmente)
1/2 cebolla picada en dados
100 g de Philadelphia light
250 ml de caldo de verduras

1. Cortar el salmón en tiras y marinarlo con el limón y el ajo
2. Hacer la pasta según las indicaciones del paquete o como normalmente las haces
3. Sofreír la cebolla en aceite de oliva hasta que esté transparente. Luego agregar el caldo de verduras y el Philadelphia. Remover a fuego lento hasta que esté homogénea la salsa. Si no espesa, puedes utilizar media cucharadita de maizena disuelta en un poco de agua y luego la mezclas con la salsa.
4. Mezclar la pasta con la salsa, servir y luego decorar con el salmón.
